Job Title: Post room Assistant Salary: £8.00 Based: Hendon North London Temporary – 2 weeks Start date: 28*10*04 Ref: KEPO3 We are currently seeking a professional and experienced individual to join a busy mailroom. Based at one of our client’s sites in Hendon, You will be responsible for providing comprehensive mailroom support to the Manager and his team. Due to the nature of our clients business you must have valid UK security clearance*Police check. Please be aware that candidates without security clearance*police check will not be considered for this role at this time. Main Duties: Processing all internal and external mail Distributing Mail throughout the building Acting as a first point of contact for all department telephone enquires Handing internal queries regarding mail services Operating various mail machinery Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Successful candidates must have a minimum 12 months post room experience. Has a valid UK Police check*Security clearance Has the ability to work well under pressure Team player Flexible and adaptable to learning new systems Successful applicants will be contacted.
